STAG DIESEL is an innovative gas injection system designed for all types of diesel engines. It works perfectly with diesel engines equipped with pump-injector, pump-injector or Cammon Rail injection systems. STAG DIESEL works equally well with Euro 6 and older engines.

The performance of vehicles fitted with STAG DIESEL increases and fuel costs decrease thanks to replacing expensive petrol with cheap gas. You will also notice less smoke coming from the exhaust pipe. This is due to the increased efficiency of fuel combustion in the engine.

Thanks to the advanced technology, STAG DIESEL installation does not require any interference with the engine’s structure during installation as all of its components work as peripheral devices which support savings and do not change the way the engine works.

STAG DIESEL is an exclusively Polish product. All of its key components have been developed and tested by the engineers and constructors of AC S.A. from Białystok, which has been a leader of LPG installation in Poland for many years. The company successfully operates on more than 50 demanding markets all over the world: from the USA and European Union countries to the exotic Far East.

STAG DIESEL

By installing STAG DIESEL system you gain power increase and lower fuel costs. One of the effects of investing in STAG DIESEL is a significant increase in the range of your vehicle. With an additional LPG tank, the driver increases his or her fuel reserves (ON and LPG), thus being able to cover a longer distance. Depending on the type of vehicle, fuel consumption, size of the diesel and LPG tanks it is possible to increase the range from 30 to over 50 – 60%.

STAG DIESEL installation is an exclusively Polish product. All its most important components have been developed and tested by the engineers and constructors of AC S.A. from Białystok, which has been the leader of LPG installation in Poland for many years. The company successfully operates on more than 50 demanding markets all over the world: from the USA and European Union countries to the exotic Far East.

  • STAG DIESEL installation consists of carefully designed and tested components of our own construction. It is worth noting that almost all components of STAG DIESEL installation are manufactured in Poland, in our own modern factory. Thanks to meticulous quality control, the STAG brand has become synonymous with durability, which is most important from the user’s point of view. Only a few components: knock sensor, lambda sensor, thermocouple or inverter come from recognized third-party manufacturers such as BOSCH.

  • Out of concern for the highest quality, STAG DIESEL installations are offered as ready-to-use assembly kits, containing everything needed during installation of the system in a car with a diesel engine. Why? Because quality is the most important thing. By preparing carefully thought-out STAG DIESEL assembly kits, including clear instructions or CDs with software, we take responsibility for proper selection and correct operation of each component. The workshop receives a complete solution.

Prepared STAG DIESEL assembly kits shorten the conversion time, which is particularly important for transport companies. We know that every stop means wasted time and money. The kits we have developed reduce installation time and the risk of errors. However, should any problems arise, STAG DIESEL’s experienced technical support team is available to help mechanics.

The kits are fully reproducible, which makes it possible to service STAG DIESEL installations in any workshop of the STAG DIESEL service network, regardless of the place of installation. Thanks to such a solution, just like in the case of vehicle or agricultural machinery service, we are always close to the user, wherever he is.

  • STAG DIESEL installation standard is a unique initiative aimed at standardizing services and creating a uniform service and installation network, which minimizes the number of mistakes made by fitters.

Due to the growing popularity of STAG DIESEL installations, a database of assembly instructions for workshops has been created, which constitutes a model and source of knowledge on the best methods of power conversion for specific models of passenger cars, vans, trucks, agricultural and construction machinery. It is also an excellent material for continuous improvement of qualifications by STAG DIESEL mechanics.

The assembly documentation prepared by STAG DIESEL’s technical department includes descriptions, photos, advice and comments on assembly, correct adjustment or information on encountered problems with advice on how to overcome them.

STAG DIESEL INSTALLATION STANDARD also allows to standardize the service, because the method of installing the gas system, regardless of the workshop, remains similar, which translates into easier diagnostics and faster repair. As a result, the customer is serviced faster, more efficiently and, of course, cheaper.

  • The technology of simultaneously fueling diesel engines with diesel and gas is not new. Higher power output, lower emissions and, most importantly, lower operating costs are the most important reasons why gas-diesel technology has become attractive to global players in the production of diesel power systems. Depending on which gaseous fuel is more popular, manufacturers in different markets offer systems using LPG or natural gas (CNG, LNG, biomethane).

The tycoon in the automotive industry, BOSCH, together with the New Zealand company DieselGas International Company developed an interesting installation for diesel engines, allowing the replacement of oil with natural gas in engines with mechanical injection system. The next step was a system dedicated to engines with electronically controlled fuel injection. As a result, it became possible to meet the Euro 6 standard without using a diesel particulate filter (DPF).

Another large corporation offering engines powered by gas and diesel is the American Cummins, which together with Canadian Westport, produce a system of direct injection of ON and methane using a common injector.

This prestigious group includes the STAG DIESEL system which is offered on the world’s markets in two versions: dedicated for LPG operation and methane version (CNG or LNG).

The forerunner of the gas-diesel idea among European truck manufacturers is VOLVO, which with its FM Methane Diesel model sets new standards in environmental protection and reduction of fuel costs while maintaining high engine power.
